Sweet Ragi Java

2 tbsp ragi flour (fox millet flour)
1 cup assorted fruit( raspberries, blueberrries, dates, pomegranate)
1 tbsp crushed nuts and seeds - cashew, hemp seed and chia seeds
1 tsp honey(non-vegan, optional)
1/8 tsp crushed cardamom seeds(optional)
In three cups of water, add the millet flour, crushed nut and seed mixture and mix it thoroughly. Put it on medium flame and cook about five minutes until the mixture thickens. Remove from stove, add fruit and cardamom and enjoy!
