1 cup mangoes, fresh or frozen
1 cup pineapple, fresh or frozen
1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blue berries), fresh or frozen
1-2 tbsp honey, optional
1/4 tsp, cardamum powder, optional
Grind all the ingredients and enjoy!
Options: Add in pieces of banana for extra sweetness.
