2 cups perugu (yogurt)
1 tomato
2 tbsps coriander leaves, chopped
1 avacado, made into small pieces(optional)
1/4 cup onion, chopped (non-sathvik, optional)
salt, to taste
Mix all the above ingredients and enjoy with your favorite rice dish.
