Creamy Marinara Pasta

2 cups dry pasta
1 1/2 cups chopped Italian vegetables
1 cup marinara tomato sauce
1-2 tbsp coconut cream
1 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
Cook pasta in a large pot filled with water and sufficient salt. Cook pasta until el dente(has a little bite to it); the pasta will complete cooking in the prepared sauce.
For the sauce, put chopped vegetables in olive oil, in a pan on medium heat. When half way cooked, add the tomato sauce and coconut cream. Then add the cooked pasta and let it simmer till it's all the way cooked. Enjoy!
