Cheesy(vegan) Yellow Squash Dip

1 yellow squash
1/4 cup cashews
1 tsp nutritional yeast
pinch of turmeric
salt, lemon juice, to taste
pinch of dry onion powder, dry ginger powder, dry basil, dry oregano, red chilli powder(non-sathvik, optional), dry garlic powder(non-sathvik, optional)
Cook the yellow squash with turmeric in a pan, on low heat till tender and just done. Grind the cashew nuts to grainy consistency and add all other ingredients and grind it gently till it has fairly smooth consistency. Serve with raw carrots and celery.
