Bellpeppers and Fennel salad

2 colored bellpeppers(yellow, red or orange)
1 avacado
1 medium cucumber,
1-2 fennel bulb
1 tbsp coriander leaves
1 small tomato, chopped
1 minced green chilli pepper(non-sathvik, optional)
lemon juice, salt, to taste
Finely chop all vegetables. Mix all except fennel bulbs. Saute the finely chopped fennel bulb in little bit of oil, add salt and cook until done. Add fennel to the mixture. Add salt, lemon juice and minced green chillies and enjoy!
