Bellpepper and Tofu kura(curry)

Ingredients:
3 Different colored Bellpeppers, chopped
1 tofu block chopped
1/2 cup spiced toasted peanuts
1/4 onion (non-sathvik, optional)
1 tbsp oil
In a medium hot pan, put the oil and then add the bellpeppers, tofu and onion. Once they are almost cooked, add crushed peanuts. Finish cooking through and then enjoy!
